sir/mam after giving birth of child . My wife went to my maternal uncle's house, where my wife had breast abscess, my wife was septic, due to breast surgery, due to which my wife died, after that my in-laws started complaining against me in the police station. . In which they demanded for my child and assests.. i m agree with assests but not child.. now my in-laws agree with only assests .. My question is ..in my case CAWC settlement is valid and acceptable in Court ... Is After settlement .. my in-laws.. can be go to court and file FIR in section 304b and Cheating? What's agreement should be done to counter all aligation against me

Dear Sir, It is better to get mutual divorce with all terms and conditions incorporated and get mutual divorce decree from Family Court.

no need to worry. you are the only guardian left of your child so custody will be given to u only and for property you are the only owner, no one can ask for share in your property now.
