During Criminal Pendency, Want Government Job.

A person, has good qualification, age about 24years,applied for a job of a teacher. Accordingly exam date is fixed and he get an admission letter. But 2 days before of examination,accidentally he become guilty/accused by a criminal case which is non bailable of offence U/S 140,322, and etc . Now he is in custody and criminal/court pendency. Now my doubt is can the accused person get special leave for give the examination or can he get special permission to give this exam on the said day?
