sir she has filed false dv avt & now how can i proof it is totally false because she has not kept any proof to establish that i have done domestic violence with her .she kept only two person in evidence with whom i used to have problem in my married life now they are in favour of my wife So now how to convince judge it is totally false & dismiss the case ? Any senior Advocate please help me here what to do????
