Mr. Jaikishan, while possessing a fake law graduation degree might be an offense, having come in possession of the same might not be an offense if you can show that you were not aware that it was fake. you will need to reply to the notice, preferably through a lawyer, and take legal advice on how to proceed with the matter, given the particular facts of your case.
