False 498A And 12C

My wife has filed false allegations against me, out of 10 factual allegations in one point she has mentioned that on a particular date I did some insane at her home town whereas on that day and time I was at a different place which via CCTV footage also revealed the same. We presented the same in High Court for anticipatory bail and we have got the same. My question is that basis this CCTV Footage can the Maintenance case, 12C and 498A be dismissed/quashed!
