They can add u in Charge sheet or u may be added in confession of other accused.. but why u r worrying when u were not in scene.. besides unless u r very sure that they will definitely add u as accused don't go for Anticipatory bail.. If u do so then that will trigger them to join u in case..

Immediately get anticipatory bail on the ground that your name is not in the FIR and submit some concrete documents to show that you were in some other town on the day of incident, it may save you from falsely implicating you in the murder case.

Dear Client, It doesn't matter whether your name is in the FIR or not. If somebody wants to implicate you falsely, nobody can stop him from adding you in this case but since you are not involved you need not worry but you should be alert.
