False Allegation

My mom has been working as an house maid in one particular house for the past three and half years. And already there is a dispute between two neighborhoods in that apartment. And the problem is "someone has scratched the someone's car with the key. On that day my mon has been taking rest in the parking lot as she walks for 20mins From my house to that apartment to work as maid. Now one of the tenant has pointed out my mother falsely that she is the one who scratched the car! And my mom denied that completely and she said she didn't do anything to that car! But that tenant has filed a complaint in police station. And they said that today the local police will enquire my mom. As a son I'm afraid and my mom is so depressed. I don't know what to do. We haven't done anything to anyone. And there is no dispute between us and that tenant. I don't know they did like this. Please help me to face it and help me and mon to over come this false allegation. Sir please reply as soon as possible, Because we have to go for an enquiry today@6pm
