A person from our society(professionally he is an advocate) filed false SC ST Atrocity case with some other IPC sections. The case is against whole society including name of 35 people. Our society is middle class society so its bit difficult to correct methods to deal with it. We got anticipatory bail from High court. Just after his case we had also filed an FIR against him. Opponent's case(1st FIR) is on stay ordered by high court. Last year society committe requested for Quashing petition in high court, but same time in lower court also the hearing dates are coming. Lower court just gives another date after high court's date.
All these things are there from last 1 year. I am 27 years old, losing many job opportunities because of this case. It is like punishment of living in a society. Now I have got a Central Goverment Job offer. But joining condition is I should have clear Police Clerance Certificate(PCC). But my PCC says following cases are pending against him. I have short time of 2,3 weeks to get things solved. Please guide me the best and fastest way to come out of all these matters.
