You may approach High Court for quashing, if it fails then you have to face regular trial ultimately Session Court may acquit you.

For murder case, quash petition 482 will normally not be be entertained, however u can try ur luck.. You can file a discharge petition under 227 Crpc in the lower court before framing charge. However 'alibi' ground will not be entertained in discharge stage. You can file along with other grounds.

Usually lower court will rarely discharge, they will mechanically rejects, u can approach high court and file revision 397 & 401 of Crpc.. Gud luck.

!! यदि प्रथम सूचना में आप नामजद है और यदि प्रथम सूचना पंजीकृत हो चुकी है तो crpc की धारा 482के माध्यम से आप हाईकोर्ट से आरोप मुक्त हो सकते है , यदि आप अपने अधिवक्ता के माध्यम से द्वारा साक्ष्यो के द्वारा न्यायालय को संतुष्ट कर पाएँ कि आप उस वक्त घटना स्थल पर नही थे ,गलत तरीके से फंसाया गया है ! प्रकरण लंबित रहने तक पुलिस आप पर कोई कार्यवाही नही कर सकती !!
