if they added ur name in charge sheet also, then u should file Discharge petition before the trial court or u can try Charge sheet quash in high court.. besides u can also file appeal in HC (revision) against order in discharge petition, if dismissed by trial court..

You have only one remedy in court at this point of time.. its FIR quash in high court.. but court will not do it on the ground u were not there (alibi).. Besides get bail first and try to convince the police by showing the evidence, they can delete ur name in charge sheet..

Dear Sir, FIR is to be challenged before the High ?Court.. But they do not entertain at this stage. You can file discharge application during and then challenge before the High Court.
