U submit that video to police, they should delete ur name from Charge sheet.. if not they does, u can file Discharge petition before lower court u/s227 crpc.. Now u can try quash petition before high court, where also u can get discharge.. Your wife and kids may be enquired but can't arrested, unless any specific overtact alleged against them..
