False Case Under Section 307 And 498a | Vkeel - Free Legal Advice

KOLKATA

Sir, I am central PSU employee and my marriage was happen 12 yaers ago. My wife recently lodged false case under section 307 and 498a against me and may parents . the date mentioned in FIR , i was not present on Spot and working in my office. My bail is rejected in District Court and in High court matter is referred to conciliation and mediation center. She and her family is blackmailing me and threatening me. Please advice.
