False Complaint

Dear Sir, You may approach High Court if FIR is issued and get it quashed.

first request the person to take back the complaint filed against you if he doesn't do that you could approach the high Court for quashing the complaint against you.

Hi Prinitha , Police officers are intelligent, they investigate and inquire the matter . they will find the moto of Grevious Hurt , ( voluntarily causing / with weapons/ etc) . what is issue between you people . u/s 11 of I.E Act , you can provide a proof of ELIBI. you gather the incident ,circumstantial evidence to prove yourself as innocent in this case .
