False Name In Gang Rape.

Dear Sir/Mam, I (Sona), Police Submitted final form against three accused except one accused(Mr.Sona and not sent up for trail) due to false name Mr.Sona. In Diary, Accused Mr.Chandan Sahani arrested and given statement only three person (Mr.Chandan Sahani, Mr.Vikash Kumar,Md Irshad) are present there and not present there Mr.Sona. After Congnigence by CJM, and 164 statement of victim again Mr.Sona name added, thereafter District Judge Revision against CJM and again Mr.Sona name false result is set n side by District Judge and Again Mr.Sona Free. But Same thing Victim went Patna High Court in Quashing. And PAtna High court order passed that CJM Order Operative and District Judge Revision Stayed. Due to this order lower court procesiding start and send summon notice 82 & 83 release on Mr. Sona. Please suggest what we can do in this situation. and Also I want to know that make chances antisepatery bail in Supreme court, Already two times rejected antisepatery bail petition by Patna High Court.
