Dear Nityam, I have thoroughly gone through the judgment decided by the Ld. Juvenile Justice Board -II, New Delhi, on*Phone*, who have, after taking into account all the facts and circumstances of the case, acquitted the JCL Kuldeep@Bobby. However, the same case is pending trial before Ms. Illa Rawat Ld. ASJ/Spl. FTC/South/District and the Next date of hearing has been fixed on*Phone*for recording of the statement of the accused namely Sunil and Gopal Bhargav u/s 313 Cr.P.C..Thereafter final arguments will be heard and then judgment will be pronounced. I am of the considered opinion that you can file damages and other defamatory cases against your sister in law only after the acquittal of Sunil and Gopal Bhargav. Till that time, you have to wait. Regards.
Dear Sir, Just forgive her or boycott her. No happy result will come out of Court proceedings. If the result is against you then her activities will increase. Wait and see.
If acquitted without benefit of doubt, u may go for civil suit against her for damages n can seek compensation for malicious prosecution.
there is no case as such that you can file against straight away. But, if I can go through the FIR that is filed I could be able to guide you through in how you could handle the scenario and get justice to yourself and your family. since every single detail is mentioned in the FIR, reviewing it would be essential at this point before commenting any further.
Dear Nityam, Could you send the full details of your case or the copy of the FIR in my e mail address so as to enable me to give you proper advice ? Regards
