    Sec 482 crpc are the discretionary powers of the high court. Under this if prima facie there is enough evident proof that the mentioned sections are falsely implicated or the alleged crime does not fall under the specified sections, then the high court reserves its right and using its discretionary powers, can quash the FIR.
