WE HAVE FILED A FIR UNDER 420 / 406/467/120(B) IPC AGAINST A MNC. MNC FILED 482 PETITION TO QUASH THE SAME. POLICE INVESTIGATION REPORT CERTIFIES THE CRIME UNDER 420 / 406 & 120(B). AFTER CERTIFYING THE CRIME COURT CAN QUASH THE FIR.

Sec 482 crpc are the discretionary powers of the high court. Under this if prima facie there is enough evident proof that the mentioned sections are falsely implicated or the alleged crime does not fall under the specified sections, then the high court reserves its right and using its discretionary powers, can quash the FIR.
