FIR U/S 406,498-A,354,323,325,120-B

In Sept-2016 police registered FIR u/s 406,498-A,354,323,325,120-B against Husband, father and mother in Law. Currently both Girl and Boy have citizenship of Canada and residing in Canada. After First investigation by DSP and 2nd Invesigation by AIG NRI wing( IPS officer) in favour of Accused(Husband, Father and Mother in Law), Police filed cancellation report in court but accused(Girl) protested in court and court send back to police for further investigation. After it on the request of Borther of Girl( with special power of attorney) filed application to IG officer of Distt Range and he formed 3 Members SIT of SSP(IPS), SP and DSP to probe the case again. This time SIT make report in favour of Accused and after approval by IG same being forwarded to DGP, Punjab for final approval. DGP send it to Director, Bureau of Investigation, Punjab for further investigation. Till date no investigation done and also previous SIT report not being implemented due to political pressure by victim.What further action can be taken to complete the investigation process and to submit challan( Charge sheet ) in court by Police.
