    S.. file RTI and usually they try to deny stating reason "under investigation'.. if so file RTI Appeal stating the reason.. further u can file a online complaint in public grieveince portal or send a regd post to BSES stating that you have not filed any complaint..

    Simply file an RTI in the BSES department and ask for tge copy of the complaint. They cannot deny it as BSES falls under the limitations of RTI.
