three false fir had been registered in 2014 through one lady and her husband u/s 376/354/307/etc. and one fir has been registered in 2016 u/s376 by another lady who is friend of first but in this fir lady says that one man took her to me and my relatives before 2013 . what should I do to protect such blames ?there is a dispute of property between us and my uncle .first lady is daughter In law of my uncle but second lady is friend of first .I am unable to prove their friendship.Is fir is valid or not . 1.what should I do while police is includ in the case. 2.is fir valid or not

uh may approach to high in crpc 482 for quashing of fir... prove them false Nd if uh succeed in it than file a defamation case against them... demand a heavy amount of compensation
