I am a security officer in a Private Security Agency. The township shares the right of way with adjoining villages. I got an emergency SOS alert and moved to a guest house where 4 villagers were causing argument and ruckus. As I entered I was manhandled, heckled and abused. they attempted to snatch my phone. I escaped the situation and hid in the jungle. Called for reinforcement and then the matter was pacified by seniors. What provisions do I have and under what sections of society? This is a petrochemical township. Also when Sec 144 is in place. What are the charges the 4 can be arrested on? kindly help with the provisions and relevant sections of the IPC

have u make complaint to police if no then make the same with complete incident . this matter is of injury which comes u/s 323, 325,506,34 of ipc
