Hi, is there any Fines or Fees to be paid to the High Court if both parties are ready to settle the Case, the case was registered in District court but for the immediate settlement one person suggest do it in High Court. so i wanted to know other than advocate fees for settling a case through high court do we have to pay any fine or fees to the high court and how much it will be.

well it's better to engage some advocate, but in any case high court has power to impose cost depending on the facts of the cases
