How Can We Stop The Prosecution Of A Fradulent Case Filed Intentionally With The Support Of Police Against Me And My Son...

My friend lost his money from his 2 bank accounts using his ATM cards by some body else.There is a gap of two months between two loses (thefts). He suspected and file a case against me and my son.Infact my friend lost his money while he is residing at 1 town police station jurisdiction and made a complaint at 4th town police station after 2months of 2nd theft from his 2nd bank account. The police registered the case under theft & cheating and also mentioned some other sections without any valid evidence. the court accepted the case and issued summens to me an my son. how can I stop the prosecution as it's a pucca & intentional and illegal activity made with the support of police.So kindly give me an advice to stop the prosecution to save my son's future.
