How To Case Register In Police Station.

I have 17 acres agriculture land, my uncle cousin & some people in my village giving mental torture & threatened lot of time since from 7 year after my father death .my death father due to the same problem, I want to sell my agriculture land but my uncle creates many problems, now they occupied my some land, some people threatened a lot of time I have audio call recording all these people, they want to occupy all agriculture land, they do not give road for my agriculture land, my land is nearer to the river do these people stolen sand illegal but government not take against him, I have two uncle & my divided when I was 3 year old, my father smaller than these two uncles, they take agriculture land as per there choice, now I live in the city for job purpose, due to this they take advantage of it, I have all documents and audio call recording of these people, so I want to register complaint against them how can I proceed. Please advice me
