a false case was registered against me and my son which was stayed by punjab and haryana high court but the opposite party has tagged a false movie on you tube which is defaming me and my son what legal action can i take to remove movie

you can report the same on youtube and further take legal action against them.

You take a copy downloaded from Youtube and file a Defamation case.. beside u can report the video to remove from Youtube.. But if some others copyright issue involved, then u need court order or police instruction..
