I Have A Abusive Father And Now Ants My Mother And Me To Be Out Of His House

So since I remember, my dad has always abused me and my mother. My mom is his second wife and now he has some third lady over her she is torturing us. Yesterday he tried to falsely file a case against us that we are trying to kill him for his property. While the reality is completely different, I am ready to sign anywhere it states that I dont want his property. But now as he has filed a case against us, we want to cross complaining. He has falsely given a statement while he was drunk in front of the police that we want to take over his property by killing him and it was quite surprising that police gave us a warning based on what he said while he was drunk. A couple of years ago he also broke my mom's arm, and a year earlier she also drank poison because of his torture. Now he falsely want to frame us while we have no intentions as such. Can anyone please suggest me what I can do. I mean he is a drunkard and if anything happens to him, I don't want to be dragged into that case.
