if high court stayed on final decision of session court .... then uh still have a chance to get ur matter quashed ... for more assistance uh may discuss Ur matter on call ...

if uh have doubht that uh will not get justice in high court... ar if uh have not faith on ur current lawyer then change ur lawyer Nd contest the matter in high court... first then go to supreme court... is ur matter in pending before Delhi high court ?
