there are two things if you want to quashing the fir then u will have to go to High court if you just want to acquitted fron case then move application before the trial court for compound the matter in both situation there should be compromise between the parties
Dear Sir, if you would like to be more technical then you lose everything. Do you know that when it is compoundable, only after filing Charge Sheet. If charge sheet is filed the complainant may not agree for compounding the offense. Get other legal advise and proceed.
