If a man has sexual intercourse with a woman while concealing other parallel relationships and falsely assuring exclusivity, does it amount to 'deceitful means' under Section 69, BNS 2023, absent any promise or discussion of marriage? No SC/HC precedent exists. Section 69 does not expressly include concealment or false assurance of exclusivity as 'deceitful means'.
