Ipc 323,341,506,504

sir i am a govt employe in pdd department and i was a small fight with a person simple by hand but when i pushed him he got injured and his head got 3 stich and then he filed a fir against me and after that he filed four section on me i.e ipc 323,341,506,and 504 in court ...sir i have to know after case completed what will be the result in these ipcs and will this effect my govt job and what will i do pls sir give me a right direction..
