  • The clear answer to your question is that though a co or a firm or such legal entities or the so called juristic persons are also criminally liable to the offences under the IPC, Companies Act and other enabling statutes jointly and severally through its principal officers, Managers and directors also along with the original culprit if the man is a sub staff. Now the law is clear to you, I hope. You may refer latest amended Companies Act.
