न्यायालय उचित समझता है कि आपके आरोप सही हैं तो आरोपियों को उपस्थित होने हेतु सूचना प्रेषित करेगा अन्यथा आपके दर्ज कथनों के आधार पर आरोप बनना ना पाए जाने के आदेश दे कर शिकायत का निस्तारण करेगा।

Dear Friend, On your sworn statements recorded in the open Court the Magistrate concerned may issue summons to the accused or dismiss the complaint stating that there is no material . If it is dismissed you have to prefer appeal/revision to the Higher Court.
