Section change karna police ke charge sheet ke aadhar par Court dwara charge ke samay kiya ja sakta hai.

may be it's ambiguity or maybe circumstances of crime investigation

might be after investigating of the case police removed​ the some sections.

charge can be add or remove only During the trial .. not in high Court

during presentation of challan or affixation of charge , section in FIR can added or diminished.
