Is It Possible That The Trail Court May Ask The High Court For Reviewing The Order Released By The High Court Itself ?

My brother is in jail under section 467 and 468 and his bail application got reject by district court and high Court as well. So, we did compromise with the opposition by filing quashing petition under 482 CrPC before the High Court and High Court has passed the orders of quashing the FIR. But in quashing petition we have not mentioned that the accused is in jail. Now the question is that when we submit an affidavit in Trail court, presenting the orders of high Court for quashing the FIR, is there any possibility that tha trail court may ask the high Court for reviewing the orders because the accused is in jail and the bail applications got rejected? pls help
