I know cops can legally lie and I read that fraud can be legal but lawful fraud is a contradiction in terms. If i remember correctly it was Blacks law dictionary that said that Would a cop lying be an example of something that is legal and unlawful Isnt s lie a type of fraud

Abstract question.. to lie is mostly unlawful, but it is not always punishable.. to best defend their case lawyers and police (as Prosecution) may happened to lie.. its a spirit of advocacy which u cannot understand
