    yes at the time of occurance you have not attended the age of majority and as per juveline law you are juveline at that time secondly you must prepare for civil service or any service juveline are not convicted but for their reform court may direct any social activities as their punishment if board found guilt of juveline and it is not counted as conviction

    uh can file a quashing of proceedings against uh under 482crpc ... if uh have strong evidence in favour of uh that uh were minor at the time of offence nd during investigation not enough evidence found against uh .... thn uu may proceed to high court for quashing for that uh may contact me...

    criminal case pendency will upset the selection differently, Mere FIR is not to hamper your career, if your detention in police custody was less than 48 hours. However, in court case, try to get yourself exonerated before you clear the final exam of UPSC .
