Land Encroachment For Road Widening

Hi Everyone, Our land was encroached during recent road widening in my town. We have filed a case in High court of Hyderabad and received stay orders. But Government authorities has encroached our land disregarding high court stay. 1/4 th of the building was demolished by them and we have a loss of 10 lakhs approx due to this. Is it legal to occupy land for road encroachment without providing any compensation. More over how do we proceed now with this issue as they disregarded stay orders. We are a middle class family & we have sacrificed some land in 1998 for road encroachment for free, this is second time. We have also made huge investments to rebuild in 1998 with the help of bank loan. I need your best suggestions and really appreciate your help in this regards. Thank you Vikram
