if there is property left by deceased then heirs are liable to pay loan amount
if husband had left any property , wife and children is liable to the extent of their share.... if guarantee is there guarantee is liable
If the deceased had left any property, wife is liable to the extent of value of such property.
If cheques are issued by husband, wife is no way concerned with the issuance of chques and with regard to liability of loan amount, I must know whether the wife has signed as guarantor or not. if wife has signed as guarantor, she is responsible for payment of remaining amounts.
