Hi, police has no right to manhandle anyone. You can give police complaint in the local police station to the SHO or ACP office and copy should be marked to the Human Rights Commission.

Mr. Ashok , you must have gone through this experience during the Pandemic Lock Down. Different States have different guidelines were issued with Regarding handling of Movement of People. Yes Primarily Police do not have the Right to Man handle any Accused . But during Pandemic issue most of the Courts in India have relaxed many provission of Laws. If you are unnecessarily Humiliated you file Compliant against the such Police with Higher Officals or Contact any Advocate who Practices in Criminal cases for your Relief.

Dear Sir, In the language of police and judiciary it is not manhandling but controlling the mobs and further controlling the law and order to maintain the situation under control. Sometimes some may exceed this and if you have evidence the approach the Higher police officers or high court. Please give me Rank 5 and Review my Resume and Follow Me .
