My brother wife filed 498a. I applied discharge and court discharged me. My brother wife filed appeal against my discharge in High Court. Later my brother and his wife settled matter in lok adalat and got divorce. Now what is the legal relief for me because I have undergone torture of criminal prosecution, fear of arrest, i was discharged by court. what action can I take against the Investigation officer and the de facto complainant ?
