Dear sir I got 2nd married on 6th Nov 2016 and after the marriage my wife says that she is not happy with this marriage she want to go abroad and after some days she dispute with me and left her matrimonial house on 4th December 2016 and after reached her parental house she give a false complaint against me in women cell ludhiana. so please sir give me answer that now what can I do for safe himself.

divorce was through mutual consent or ex- party or contested. if it is mutual or contested divorce. she can not file complaint against you.
