Please check first medical reports,and proscribed medicines and it's company.after collecting medical negligence report you should file all type of complain

File a detailed Complaint before the IMA..... And also You can claim compensation from the Doctor by filling a complaint before the Consumer court on account of medical negligence........there are various rulings passed by various courts
