The accused himself accepted in the court that he had taken Rs12lakhs from me before the judge .The judge still wants agreement to prove I have given money to the accused.what to do now?

Dear Sir, A stray admission made by the Accused never lead to conviction of the Accused. Even in murder case if Accused admits having committed murder the judge cannot send him to jail. You have to lead evidence in criminal case. More over, in criminal case court is concerned with sentencing the Accused and not in favour of recovery of your amount.
