My Gf Filing FIR Rape Section

My gf has put complaint against me. I met her in may and i promised to marry her verbally but not on messages or email. i did say i love her, would give her kid(Baby Boy). i have Sent her some private body pictures of mine as well. We first had physical relation in June and then we were together till Nov. She started asking to marry and as i denied she tried doing suicide and now she has put compliant but has not filed fir as police gave us time. But i gave a written statement in police station that we would get married within few days and i dont want to marry her. Can she file rape case against me. Our physical relations was less then 6 Months. She had got married earlier and her marriage was annulled. Can i say her character is bad. As she is looking to file 376, 506, 420 cheating on pretext of marriage. I dont know what to do.
