you have to ask to PI about investigation of your complaint. if he threatened to kill you or use abusing language without reason then FIR will registered against that person or you can file private complaint before JMFC court of that jurisdiction to take action against that person. in this case if that person found guilty then he may send in prison for 3 months with fine. for this stage you can ask to police about stage of investigation of your complaint
