Immediately make a one page Precipe and present it to the bench of High Court with whom your matter is listed giving extreme urgency grounds. This should be presented before judge just before start time of the court or just before- after lunch interval. Your matter will be taken immediately at the start of the day assigned to you.

But why is it that the quashing has been filed at such a late stage? Has the Quashing Petetion been allowed by the High Court or still it's in submission stage? In such a scenario you need to take short dates citing extreme urgency in the matter with High Court once the petition is allowed.

The trial in sessions Court will take time and quashing of FIR at High court will take less time depending on the merits of the case but will be definitely decided comfortably before the trial in sessions Court ends.
