Asked in Criminal
Dear Sir, In each and every non bailable warrant it is not mandatory for the Police to arrest the Accused. If the offences are so serious then approach Higher Police Officers and get the Accused arrested. Alternatively, go to High Court and take a direction to the concerned Police to arrest the Accused in respect of alleged non bailable offence.
