My name was not in 156(3) but i was made accused in investigation and had to take ABA Now i found in 156(3) as well as in FIR complainant lied. Dear Sir, You cannot lodge any complaint. You can directly go to High Court and challenge the FIR and charge sheet if filed. Convince before the High Court that you are innocent and not involved. The High Court may order for deletion of your name from the above documents.
