I want to file a divorce case against my husband It has been 6 years we are not living together,actually he committed a serious crime,an FIR has been lodged against him before 6 years. He had a property worth rs 1.5 crores, police went there to arrest him but the home was locked. Police assured us that he won't be able to sell that house without our permission but in reality he sold that house and now even I don't know where is he? It has been 6 years police comes to me for enquiry, no charge sheet has been filed by the police till now.Now I want divorce from him, where do I send him notice. How can I take my share from him. Why police is not doing anything. Afterall 6 yeas is a very long time. Our marriage is now 16 years old.
