I have some kind of criminal record in age of 17 .. Its regarding kind of chain snatch,,purse snach .there is 4 to 5 cases same like above in same time. In 2011 Am free all 5 cases ...i have no penalty in that time...judgement is not against me..and no penalty The problem is i want a job for driving..ola cab But police verification certificate must required... Sir how to deal with it...am disappointed ..and have dark future.. Pls gave me some legal advice Thanks

now, Deepjot first look at your judgements. whether those cases acquitted for the reason no clue or false implications. and if you are acquitted for the reason false implications , 5han you can appeal on 5his ground.

Deepjot sing g, you may apply through advocate and attach all decision copy with your application.otherwise go through court or contact to CHRI FOUNDATION IN JODHPUR .If police not cooperate with you then file a application to human rights commission .
