  • Oral Tenancy means that the Tenant verbally entered into the agreement with you' and acknowledges through his conduct that he is your tenant which, may be either paying rentals or throu'gh, the messages or any other evidence, as advised please send a legal notice and utilise this period of quarantine which, may extend and then in case there is no favorable reply in the coming days, please go ahead and file an eviction suit (however it needs to be seen if he has protection of Rent Control Act).

    Dear Sir, You can solve the problem from both angles. Police may use their good offices and get resolve the problem. Secondly get issue a legal notice saying that arrears of rent and paining charges are being deducted from advance amount and ask them to vacate on the expiry of 15 days from the date of receipt of notice under section 106 of Transfer of Property Act.     1. Do not wait for the things to settle, act now, 2. send him a legal notice through counsel to make payment of the outstanding rent without further delay, 3. once the Court opens you can file a civil suit for the eviction of the premises
